Well, salty.

(Stop thinking that.)



Started adding salt to my drinking water at 1/2tsp per 16oz. I'm told that I should find this nasty. I'm finding it really rather refreshing, tasty, and my body likes it. I'm also hydrating for the first time in recent memory, not drinking a gallon of plain water a day (and still feeling thirsty.) 32oz of the salted water, however, and then switching to plain water, and I'm decreasing my water intake slightly each day naturally, but getting more hydrated. (My lips aren't burning and chapped for the first time in... months.)

This helps keep my BP up a bit, and I'm feeling less fainty now.
