Turns out there's a *beta* live streaming feed that the dept has, and I've requested it for my defense. So if you're so inclined, point your browser or QuickTime Player app at rtsp://xavier.cs.unc.edu/011.sdp and it should pop up. I can't give any tech advice here folks, so if it works for you, great, and if not, you can see the taped copy later. ;)
