Maybe I'm just bitter

I love bitter herbal drinks, and most of them seem to be strongly alcoholic, such as Unicum Zwack. (Darn.) These are great beverages, but sometimes it's nice to mix things up a bit, and play with the flavors.

Ran across one recently that's not alcoholic though: Terma Serrano. There's an empanada place just a couple miles from our house, and they sell it there, $4 for a 1.25L bottle. One of my colleagues is from Cordoba, Argentina, where this is made, and he says it's insanely popular there. I can believe it. 1:1 with sparkling water, and it's *wonderful*. Straight, it's a bit sweet, but still definitely drinkable.

This would make a killer mixer, jason0x21....

Whoa! I have not known many people who know what Unicum Zwack is, and you're the only one I can think of who *likes* it. I like herbal booze, but that one is...a bit much. It's more-or-less the same color as Jagermeister, so I thought it would taste similar. Silly me.
