Maybe I'm just bitter

kickahaI love bitter herbal drinks, and most of them seem to be strongly alcoholic, such as Unicum Zwack. (Darn.) These are great beverages, but sometimes it's nice to mix things up a bit, and play with the flavors.
Ran across one recently that's not alcoholic though: Terma Serrano. There's an empanada place just a couple miles from our house, and they sell it there, $4 for a 1.25L bottle. One of my colleagues is from Cordoba, Argentina, where this is made, and he says it's insanely popular there. I can believe it. 1:1 with sparkling water, and it's *wonderful*. Straight, it's a bit sweet, but still definitely drinkable.
This would make a killer mixer, jason0x21....
