I really didn't need another addiction. Truly.

So why did I decide to pick up 'just a couple' of soaps for myself at Lush, while doing some gift shopping?

That's exactly why I gave you a list--a list which indicated a target expenditure of $12. ;) I knew there was no way you could go there with a massive sale on and not come out with something for yourself.

And me.

Because you're a total pillow-biter?

Cry me a river.

I work within 4 blocks of a Lush, and made the mistake of using it as a landmark for meeting a lunch date. Ah, well -- a gift for a friend and a 2-fer-1 for me wasn't too bad given the sale.

I have spent more than an hour smelling all the samples and then trying to compose different soap combinations. I tend toward the the neroli and other citrus scents because they are supposed to stimulate happiness according to aromatherapy. I particularly love the smell of sweetgrass though, and I don't find that one too often. I've been pleased to see that a lot of companies are switching to diffusers from candles to create scent rather than by burning candles and increasing particulates. Unfortunately, Zen_oven thinks of diffusers as another dust collector.

Yah, I got nothin' here. I like the smell of new comics, so I can't cast any stones.
