Guess it's time for my first iTunes Store TV episode purchase... :P

Man, you missed when Peter Petrelli realized his acquisitive power worked both ways, and transferred it to Hiro so Hiro could swipe Nathan's power and FLY for the aerial katana battle? Whoa. That was cool.

KIDDING. REALLY KIDDING. I hate spoilers. Actually, M went to sleep early so we won't watch the DVR'd copy [1] until tomorrow. I have no idea what happened on the finale yet.

[1] Umm. I hope my DVR didn't suffer the same malfunction as yours did. I haven't checked that either.

Oh, and to answer your question, http://www.nbc.com/Video/ says:

"All full-length episodes are posted by 5am ET the day after they air."

So first thing tomorrow, you're set without iTunes video. (No, it's not there yet. Yes, I just checked.)
