Yeah, I thought about that as well, except that the jaw pain is on the right side only, and the numbness is bilateral on the midline.
Also, I've had problems with that jaw joint over the years (mom has horrible TMJ issues), and I have a cavity in a rear molar on that side that needs to be filled in a couple of weeks, so I think it was a combination of the factors that led to the jaw pain. When I got in the shower this morning, and my head drained a little, the jaw pain went away, but the numbness in the mouth is still *very* much evident. I've also never had that happen before.
