That is way cool, if it's stable. Managing the memory and hardware states for the different OSes would worry me mightily, though.

The non-active OSes must continue running in the background, else what would be the point? (Beyond "just to do it", of course.)

Glad I don't have to test it.

Yup, they all keep running. As far as I can tell, that's actually three user logins, with two of them running the Parallels virtualization software, one with WinXP on top, the other with RH. The cubic spin effect is the Fast User Switching in MacOS X.

Very slick.
