Yeah, she's eating fine, and didn't mind when I messed with it. I'd just agree it's an abscess, except for the lengthening of the tooth itself. It genuinely sticks out of her mouth further than it used to, yet the visible tooth area is the same as the other one. It just looks... wrong.
