I walked into the venerable Time Out in Chapel Hill and ordered a sausage/egg biscuit. The counterguy takes the sausage patty out of the freezer, and tosses it into the fry vat.

Yup, I said fry vat.

God this is good. *chew chew chew heart attack stroke dead*
