No more double dipping!

Okay, I am now completely disgusted.

Microwavable meals - convenient.

Tater Tots - nummy secret vice.

PB Slices - I am speechless.

No, no I'm not. This has got to be the most asinine, lazy-person's food product in the history of the human race. How the hell lazy do you have to be not be willing to *spread peanut butter*?!?

For those not that lazy, but too lazy to follow the link... it's 'peanut butter' in the form of Kraft 'cheese' slices, all individually wrapped and... solid.

For those who are now so captivated by this product of our society, follow the link and check out:

Parents' Place - Tips (they can be kept in the fridge... for up to a *year*), and look for the 'For Mom' blazoned across the recipe ideas. Yeah, they got the apostrophe right in `Parents'` at least... or did they? Hmmm.

Our Story - it took the guy four years to make them. I think it just took that long for the peanut butter to, er, cure. (And *WHY* is there a picture of a *HOT DOG* on the left?!? EW! EW EW EW EW EW!)

Fun Facts - where you find out that there's actually no peanut butter in these god awful things... but at least they are peanuts.

Nutrition - 170 calories a *slice*. 130 from fat. 21% of the daily intake of fat... for an *adult*.

Retail - I'm ashamed so many stores actually carry these.

Media - But none in Washington. It looks like the farthest west this monstrosity has spread (ha, ha, spread, get it?) is Colorado.

Excuse me while I go yak now.

Jesus, and I thought the tin of 'Pork Brains in Milk Gravy' I found in the grocery store down here was bad. (1 oz, 1350% of the US RDA for cholesterol.)

I know! I mean my god, those stupid little plastic wrappers are harder to get off than child-proof caps, and they think it's easier than spreading peanut butter?!?

AAAAAAAAAAAAA!

And these were introduced in 2001! They've sold enough to stay in business two years!

AAAAAAAAAAAAA!

Maybe schools & daycares use them when making mass lunches, to ensure conformity between sandwiches.

There has to be a reasonable explanation for their success. I hope.

Four words...

Fried peanut nanner sandwiches.

Check out the retail distribution by state on the Media page... Midwest and South. Period.
