Is it a bad sign when the shop gives you a 10% discount for being 'a good customer'?

Yesterday after labrown's 3rd towing to the shop... and however many driving the car THERE... in the past 6 months, I told him they should give him a frequent customer discount... i didn't think that anyone would really do it... that's sad.

Well the nice thing is that in the last year I've only had them do regular oil changes, maintenance schedule items, and a complete drive-train adjustment... which was really part of the schedule, just a bit early. And they still offered a discount. :) This is the first *problem* I've had in years, and I think only the second time it's ever been towed in 10.

Cracked intake manifold, oil sending unit, water pump, and now a bad battery post connection of some sort. All within the last 6 months. Oy.
