Crutch, crutch, who's got the crutch?

The downside of being productive is going through my lab notebook faster. In fact, I just finished off my second one. (152 pgs, 11.75x9.25")

I *LOVE* these notebooks. Pre-bound, numbered pages, that beautiful green graph paper (4 to an inch, although I'd prefer 5 to an inch... yeah, I'm mildly picky,) and a real joy to haul around. I *like* writing in them... to the point that I don't really like doing my work on anything else. Yeah, it's a mental crutch.

But now, I can't find any more of them. In fact, perusing the company's website, it looks like they've gone all high-tech, and have gotten out of the paper products business. :(

So, if anyone knows where I can find Avery-Dennison Computation Notebook 43-648 (11.75x9.25", 4x4 Quad, 75 sheets), I will gladly purchase several.

Or heck, if you know where I could get a good substitute, I'd go for that too.

What powers I wield!!! And you're welcome :)

I always look up stuff like that on Yahoo or Google rather than going to individual sites. I have also heard of meta search engines, specifically Dogpile (http://dogpile.com/), but haven't really used it so can't say how helpful it would be.

Well, I found the notebook in some strange places... lowest price was at artstuff.net (6 pack for $52!), next lowest at InstaWares Restaurant Supply Superstore?? WTF?

Anyway, thanks, and it seems that the exact same notebook is available now as Rediform 43-648 as well. (Also ran across a National Brand version, item #... yup, 43-648. Looks like a 'standard thing' to ask for.)

Now I just have to wait a week or so to get them... :} Ah well. At least I found a source, and next time will be prepared. :)
