Camilla will only ever be the "Princess-Consort"- not a queen nor a princess proper. :) Fitting since she has been Charles' consort all this time anyway. I don't particularly follow the British Royal stuff, but I love England. :) Not all Anglophiles give a flip about the Royals. ;)
