Some people think that since Camilla upset Diana (something about Diana being known as "the rottweiler"), the wedding shouldn't happen.
Some people think that since Camilla's husband is still alive, Charles should abdicate the throne and she shouldn't get a title. Then the Queen can pass it on to ... um, William, right?
Some people want to know if the royal boys like her.
I'm with the crowd that says: they've been interested in each other since the 70's, they're both old, Camilla's divorced and Di's dead, Camilla and Charles have apparently been living together for a while, supposedly an archbishop urged them to marry; so what's the big deal if they get married? Does British royalty even have any power anymore? Who cares if Camilla has a title or not?
I loved being in England. I want to go back. But I just don't quite get being riled up about which royal marries which other royal or commoner. Maybe it's a hold-over from back when it actually mattered for political reasons?
I read about it on another forum.
