Went climbing again tonight for the first time since mid-Nov. (Woke up one morning with my back in spasms from pelvic floor to neck - it's just now recovered enough for me to go.)

My hands are in such baaaaad shape. I have teh klaws.

My shoulder feels *fantastic*... the scar tissue and range of motion are so much better.

My back? Well... I did some bouldering tonight, got to the top of the first run, hung by both hands from the top of the wall, and... *THUNK* That problem spot in the middle of my back took care of itself. Hot damn. It feels great.
