Got to bed at 4:30.

gingko had to get up at 6:30 for work, alarm woke me up. Went right back to sleep.
Phone rang at 9, I woke a little slower. Got to it in time to see the dentist had called. In my stupor, thought it wasgingko's cell that had rang, and she had left it. Called dentist back to let them know. They said they were looking for me, and thought they had called *my* cell. They had. I misheard the ringtone. They wanted to know if they could move my 12:45 appt to 10. I stupidly said yes.
On a good note, it looks like I might have a defense date. Will post when I get it nailed down.
