Flaming wieners

kickahaBought some lovely bratwursts yesterday. Threw them on the grill last night. Injected them with a bit o' Ballard Bitters first to give them a nice beer undertone.
WARNING:

When beer boils inside a sausage casing, and then sprays out the injection hole in a fine mist, it becomes *highly* flammable.
I blew up my wiener.
