That happens every year.

Salmon on a road, just varies which river.

Besides, this is still tracking to be less than the flooding two years ago. We probably won't be an island (*).

That being said, I have all the ingredients for rum drinks (including bananas, coconut cream, rum, and coconuts) on the theory that "if you are going to be an island, live like you're on an island".

(*) I have no real objection to islandification so long as (a) we keep power (b) we keep Internet and (c) the UPS truck containing our Lich King copies is on this side of the river before they close the last road.
