ginkgo cooked like a FIEND for a birthday dinner tonight with some friends from work and sundry other places.
We have a fridge *full* of: pulled pork BBQ, slaw, lentil/chevre/pepper/carrot/tomato salad, roasted sweet potatoes in molasses and maple, wheat and poppy seed cookies... and I know I'm missing things. All from scratch. Twas a feast, and thanks to all who came to partake of the bounty, but many thanks to my wife for making it a good one. :)
Now... who's gonna help with the leftovers?
