Of course, when the boarding of my flight was held up in Cleveland last Sunday because they had to evac a passenger to an ambulance on the tarmac, all I could think of was whether that meant a first-class seat had just opened up--even though I *knew* that Continental doesn't do at-the-gate upgrades--so perhaps I am not the most appropriate person to be calling kettles black. :)
