Dad: out of hospital, looks like esophageal ulcer after all. Angiogram was apparently much better than it should have been, by all rights. 59, lifelong smoker and heavy drinker, no exercise, and... heart is doing just fine. Cardiologist said that whatever ends up killing him, it won't be his heart.
Great aunt: no word yet.
Everyone in Seattle: blown the crap out of. Mom said Renton (?) resorted to using snow plows to clear trees from the roadways to make paths for emergency vehicles. Apparently it's a mess.
