Unfortunately, literally.
After Bob's lovely little diagnosis, last Tue, the vet gave me a painkiller for her (Buprenex) that is a narcotic. One side effect of narcotics is constipation. (Trust me, I know - after my first surgery, I was, *ahem* plugged for over a week.)
Bob has never had what could be called 'easy' bowel movements, and apparently this was the final straw. She hasn't had a bowel movement since Wed morning. She hasn't eaten more than a bite in the last 24 hours. I can't tell that she's had any water of note, either. Urination has continued normally, but the last two clumps were a bit... small.
She's going in to the vet at 3:45 to see what they can do to, er, extract the problem.
*whee*
