Okay, so no one's actually *requested*, but...

Yes, that's really the whole mechanism.

(And yes, I know the images are flipped - snapped them with the iSight on my PowerBook, and by default it mirrors your image so you can check your appearance before connecting a videoconference chat, and I'm too lazy to fix the images.)

What's this, four in 24 hrs?

First physical therapy today... hot damn, but do I have range of motion! Sore as all get out, and the muscles are incredible atrophied near the end of the range (well duh, they haven't been there in a year), but when I relax and someone else moves the arm, I have basically *full* motion back. Hallelujah. Now to keep it.

In the meantime, mmmmm.... Percoset.
