Actually, we have a 3rd floor walkup under a flat roof with no shade, no central AC, no insulation, and two little room AC units that struggle to keep it below 80 in the house during the day.
Fun, huh? :D Be thankful you're where evaporation *does* work well.
Yeeeeeeeah, if you're not enjoying that, you're likely to be a bit cranky back here in the swamp. Drink plenty of fluids, and basically try not to move.
