Exactly. It's not 'movement,' it's apathy. Thinking, deciding, these things take work, and taking responsibility means people will be mad at you, and is therefore to be avoided as much as possible. So when someone says 'hey, I'll take care of that for you, you go ahead and watch NASCAR buddy,' most people will be grateful.
