It's the way her legs are situated -- they look so, well, plastic like or something :/

I'm not certain why, but in that second picture she reminds me very much of Joan Rivers.

Personally, I think the thing that makes her look particularly Realdollish is the hair, which looks stapled on. Of course, the overuse of eyeliner might also have something to do with it.
