I loved her so much! I didn't know about that, I'm going to read the Wenworld and check up on the article.
She used to attend the brunch after church (I loved St. Luke's because we'd get in trouble from the bishop from being way too uptight for Episcopalians! I was like, speaking in tongues, EXCELLENT!!!!) and go to ballet recitals. My parents for some reason really liked her and didn't mind me talking to her, which I guess speaks to their wisdom :)
My favorite story is when she told me that I was going to be an Amazon (I didn't quite know what it was at 8) and that I should be proud of it :)
Did you read about the recent motto for Wenatchee? It was the only thing people talked about when I went home XD
