I can't leave them alone for a minute...

I go and leave ye ol' homestead for a mere decade, and this is what happens...
Grandma not doing well with her Parkinson's, situation deteriorating rapidly. Expected, but sucky.
Dad in hospital last night with chest pains... again. Probably another blockage requiring a stent, waiting to hear back results of this morning's tests.
Update: Dad's pains were probably an esophageal ulcer. One tentative green light, two to go.
Great aunt went to hospital last night 'feeling weak'. Don't know what the diagnosis was, but apparently the recommended course of action was a blood transfusion. Not to augment, but to *replace*. Ie, pump and dump. She deferred until further testing (recovering JW - old habits die hard, but at least she's willing to entertain it now), which will be tomorrow at 6:30am.
Update: Quite possibly GI bleeding from a medication. Will find out more in morning.
Whee.
