Because maintenance of my LiveJournal account is so far down on my list of priorities that it isn't even funny.
I do not live on here, as should be evident from my low posting rate. I do not consider this my first or primary method for keeping up to date with friends, just one way.
And I certainly do not respond well to public attempts at guilting, or insults. Those days are far in my past. Your plea here does nothing to make me *want* to add you to my friends list, in fact, quite the opposite. You have many private avenues of communication to contact me, if you had wanted to ask the question in a friendly manner, but you chose not to. Instead, you made it public, an all caps ranting, and tossed in an insult for good measure.
