And yet, at least twice a year I hear about some cat or dog or f*cking parrot who's accidentally dialed 911 and _saved_ their owners' life.

Firing and charging the operator isn't enough. The provider of 911 service in Detroit needs to be sued within an inch of their lives, and forced to fix their procedures.

If you think you're being prank called, by all means, SEND THE F*CKING COPS! Solves both potential situations at once, doesn't it?

Or train six-year-olds to dial 911 and meow.
