I'm out of shape. Universe, did you have to hammer that home by making me throw up last night so hard, and for so long that I strained muscles all up and down my back, and abdomen?

Yep, stomach bug. Several hours camped on the cold tile floor last night for easy access to the toilet - which was needed muchly.

And I know I have a tendency to overdo things, but why oh *why* did it have to be a dual-ended attack? That's just not right. Especially when they're simultaneous.
